OK so in some point in our lives we will be depressed or feel stuck in a rut; here are a few tips to stop it.
1. Make yourself get up and shower; sometimes all you wanna do is lay in the bed and cry. this is not good; taking a shower is sometimes therapeutic.
2. Get dressed and put on makeup; i know this may seem like dumb; but if you get dressed like your are going somewhere you start to feel important.
3. Go eat something
4. Take a walk, or a run
5. Listen to music
6. Call a friend
7. Think great positive thoughts
8. Last but not least; always realize that it will get better
